Refund Policy – Beautiful Morning Linen Sales

At Beautiful Morning, we take pride in the quality of our linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of linen products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
